These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bdy99 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform"). bdy99 is an online betting and casino platform operated for the Bangladesh market. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdy99 ("the Operator"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below. These Terms should be read alongside the bdy99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Operator.

Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the bdy99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdy99 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, place bets, or access any feature of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services from your location. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online betting is permitted in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details. Providing false information during registration — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not be a previously self-excluded player who has not completed a formal re-application process. Self-exclusion is a voluntary restriction that bdy99 takes seriously; circumventing it by opening a new account is prohibited.
• You must hold only one active account on the bdy99 Platform at any time. If duplicate accounts are identified, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided at the Operator's discretion.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the bdy99 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing your mobile number, a password, and any additional information required by the Operator from time to time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted on the Platform using your account.

bdy99 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Depending on your account activity, deposit volumes, or withdrawal requests, the Operator may require you to submit identity documentation before processing withdrawals or continuing to use the Platform. Accepted documentation types include government-issued national identification, passport, and proof of address. All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the bdy99 Privacy Policy.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number serves as your primary account identifier and will be used for account recovery purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. bdy99 will never ask for your password via chat, telephone, or email. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdy99 support immediately.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person under any circumstances. The registered account holder is the only individual permitted to deposit, withdraw, and place bets using that account.
• You must notify bdy99 support promptly if your registered mobile number changes, if you believe your account has been compromised, or if you wish to update any personal information held on your account.

The Operator reserves the right to close, suspend, or place restrictions on any account at any time if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or if required for compliance or security purposes. Where circumstances permit, the Operator will notify the affected player before taking such action.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdy99 Platform are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods approved for Bangladesh players:

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bdy99 account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation on the payment provider's system.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to the processing times of the issuing bank and the payment processor, which may range from near-instant to several hours during peak periods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• bdy99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals to players. However, your payment provider may apply fees of its own that are outside bdy99's control. Players should check their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Players who have not previously completed KYC may be asked to provide documentation before their first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering requirement.

All funds deposited into a bdy99 account must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being flagged for review.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdy99 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms will prevail in relation to that promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance only after the relevant qualifying deposit has been confirmed. In the case of welcome bonuses, any wagering requirement attached to the bonus must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder for whom they were issued. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• bdy99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, any qualifying deposit that triggered the bonus will remain available in the player's account as a cash balance.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — for example, by opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus multiple times, by placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or by any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will have their bonus voided and their account closed.
• Seasonal and event-specific promotions — including those tied to BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other Bangladesh cultural events — are available for a limited time only and subject to the terms published with each specific offer.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bdy99 Platform. Game-specific rules for individual sports markets, casino table games, slot titles, and crash games are available within each game's interface on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. bdy99 does not cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in cases of a manifest error on the Operator's part (for example, a clearly incorrect price published due to a technical fault).
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or casino game round, bdy99 will investigate and resolve the matter based on the most recent confirmed system state. The Operator's determination in such cases is final.
• bdy99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement (insider information), or where the bet forms part of a coordinated scheme to defraud the Platform.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance following final settlement of the relevant event. For live in-play betting markets, settlement occurs after the official result of the market's defined outcome period is confirmed by the data provider used by bdy99.
• Casino game results — including slots, live table games, and crash games — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by real-time dealer outcomes in the case of live casino. bdy99 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdy99 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct voided.

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that automates interactions with the Platform in a way not permitted by the Operator.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error must be reported to bdy99 support and are subject to reversal.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, including a minor, or providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or KYC verification process.

bdy99 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. The Operator reserves the right to disclose account information and transaction history to relevant authorities in cases of suspected illegal activity, fraud, or at the direction of a valid legal order.

Responsible Gaming

bdy99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only and is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. The Operator provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. Use of these tools is voluntary but strongly encouraged, particularly for players who feel their gambling may be exceeding comfortable limits.

• Deposit limits allow players to cap the total amount they can deposit over a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period determined by the Operator.
• Self-exclusion allows a player to voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period has expired and a formal reactivation request has been submitted and reviewed.
• Session time reminders notify players when they have been logged in and active for a set period of time, encouraging players to take breaks and review their session activity before continuing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdy99 and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or data loss. bdy99's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

bdy99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that game outcomes will meet any particular expectation, or that the Platform is free from errors or defects. The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by bdy99's negligence.

Amendments to These Terms

bdy99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, will notify registered players via the Platform or by message to their registered mobile number. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of any available balance in your account before closing it.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdy99 Platform that cannot be resolved through bdy99's internal complaints process should be directed to bdy99 support in the first instance. bdy99 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. The Operator's decisions on disputed matters are final once the internal review process has been completed.
